The best aerobic exercise is the one that's going to get done the most consistently.
Period.
There's no "magic formula" for you to figure out or try to decode. It simply has to keep you sweating for about 20 minutes three times per week.
Of course, you can do it more often if you like, but try to use restraint. The more often you do your best aerobic exercise, the more tolerent your body will become to it. (Energy expenditure-wise)
