This will always be available to you day or night. You log in, and access your home page. From there you can view a calendar with your workouts, your routine and other special instructions if required.
I create all workouts issued, and I review each and every case. You give feedback through your home page by entering your workout numbers into your prescribed workouts. This lets me see how you’re doing.
