You've Got to Stop Constant Fatigue
Where it Begins...
On The Inside

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome... Don't be a victim, be a conquerer!

How do you stop constant fatigue? You don't need me to tell you that constant fatigue is a big problem for many of you. What you may need me to tell you is you can't continue to ignore it.

Stopping constant fatigue should be your number one priority if you suffer from it. It grows to affect everything you are. After a while it make makes living day to day like watching a black and white TV. All the same color, only different shades of shadow.

Not to mention the damage it does to your sleep pattern and immune system. Constant fatigue will definately lower your overall quality of life, by a MILE!

What can be done?

The first thing you can do is to realize that you have something going on that you need to address. You do that by starting to pay attention to how and what you eat.

The obvious next thing on the list is exercise. Don't panic, I'm not saying you need to go out, join a gym, and hire a personal trainer. Just start doing something outside every day. Go for a walk, work in the yard, walk to the store, play catch with your kids, just do something! Preferrably for at least 30 minutes.

If you're in need of more than that, then I would absolutely recommend a gym or a personal trainer.

In some cases, the fatigue (or perception of it) has become so crippling that it seems impossible to get out of the house and function at all. In these cases, something is needed just to get the person able to take the initial steps as listed above.

Are you looking for real relief
from crushing fatigue?

You’re not alone. According to a report published in The Journal of the American Medical Association, the most common complaint of patients in general medical practice is fatigue, and in fact, chronic fatigue is reported by 20% of all patients seeking medical care.

Various medical conditions are associated with chronic fatigue, and it is often an important secondary condition in many clinical diagnoses. At the cellular level, fatigue is involved with cellular energy systems. The most important thing to do is give your body every opportunity to work correctly.

You absolutely have to make things happen in your lifestyle. If you are suffering from this, something you're doing obviously isn't working for you. You've got to make changes whether they're easy or not.

Start with your eating habits. Just decide, today, that you're not going to do what you did yesterday. If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always got. So do something that you haven't done, like eating five servings of vegetables tommorrow.

Drink more water.

A lot more.

All day.

Limit yourself to 8 hours of sleep.

Start some kind of physical activity. At least 30 minutes worth.

Start slow, start determined, and stick with it for at least 7 days. I promise you will notice the difference.
